About Bike Walk Nebraska
The mission of Bike Walk Nebraska is to cultivate safe and accessible active transportation in Nebraska through partnerships, education, and advocacy. As the only statewide advocacy organization, Nebraskans count on Bike Walk Nebraska as their active transportation voice.
Active transportation transforms communities. After all, active transportation is not solely about getting from point A to point B; it impacts economic development, infrastructure, education, health, public safety, job opportunities, the environment, and so much more.
Through hosting Bike Walk Give Day, Bike Walk Nebraska seeks to accelerate community active transportation efforts, such as trail development, program expansions, policy adoption, and community education.
